SAMPLE ORDERS

Sample orders ship within 5 business days of purchase via USPS first class mail or UPS ground.  Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.

FULL STATIONERY ORDERS

Save the date, invitation, and day of stationery orders ship after production and assembly (if ordered). Allow at least 8-12 weeks for invitation order production or 3-6 weeks for save the date or day of stationery production.

Full stationery orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with shipping insurance. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.

 

Banter & Charm guarantees delivery of items to the shipping carrier. Banter & Charm is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage once the package has been delivered to the carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to the client upon Banter & Charm’s delivery to the carrier.
